Question 1

What is a credit?

Accepted Answer

A credit is used to create or edit a plugin. The number depends on the work done. At today's rates, we estimate that half of plugins come to between 15.4 and 30.7 credits, edits included, i.e. €5.54 to €11.05 with the 50-credit pack at €17.99, and that one in ten goes over 42 credits. Depending on the pack, a credit costs €0.30 to €0.40. This is an estimate from 25/09/2026 over 134 delivered plugins, not a guaranteed price: the cost depends on what you ask for.

Question 2

Does asking a question about a plugin cost credits?

Accepted Answer

While you have at least 0.5 credits left, yes: a question is counted like any request, based on the AI's work (at least 0.1 credit). When you have less, a simple question about one of your projects still gets a free answer, up to 20 questions a day; the AI then answers without changing anything in your project.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, and the other methods shown on the payment page, such as PayPal or Link, through Stripe. Minax never receives your card details.

Question 4

How long do topped-up credits stay valid?

Accepted Answer

Top-up credits are valid for 36 months from purchase, with or without a subscription.

Question 5

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in these cases. You have 14 days after a purchase to withdraw with "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page: we refund the share of paid credits you haven't used; this right ends once all the paid credits of the purchase have been used (article L221-28, 1°, of the French Consumer Code). A creation that ends with no .jar file is refunded automatically in credits, minus 0.3 credit. A creation stopped because your credits ran out is paused: it picks up again when you top up, and if it never reaches a .jar file, its credits are returned to you after 30 days of pause, also minus 0.3 credit (once per creation). For anything else, email dev@minax.fun (reply within 15 days at most). Discord is for community help.
