Safety and minors

Minax uses artificial intelligence models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Retro Diffusion): you are talking to an AI, not a human.
Minax is open from age 13, without asking your age; under 18, a purchase needs the agreement of a parent or guardian. Under 15, audience measurement and offer emails also need a parent's agreement; ads only load with the "Ads (18 and over)" choice, or with the agreement already given by an account that declared being 18 or over. A plugin published without its author's action never shows their username.
We filter requests that break our rules, we monitor abuse, and anyone can report a problem with the Report button or at dev@minax.fun; a human reads every report.
Minax is not intended for children under 13 and deletes accounts it learns belong to them. Minax complies with the child protection rules that apply to it, including the GDPR, the French Data Protection Act, the EU Digital Services Act and, for the United States, COPPA.
